FAQs
How does creative direction and ideation work?
Our creative direction and ideation service - aka The Suite Shop - is all about building a campaign from the ground up, tailored to your goals and budget. We match you with a Creative Director whose vision aligns with your brand or artistry, then guide the process from first spark to final delivery. That includes shaping the narrative, defining the look and feel, and producing everything from brand bibles to video content, live activations and more. Think of us as your creative partner - with all the right people under one roof to make it happen.
I’m an EP at an in-house agency studio and we’ve just got super busy. Are you able to service under the banner of an in-house studio?
Absolutely. We slot right in alongside your internal team, no fuss. You give us the overall budget, and we’ll handle the rest essentially servicing the job seamlessly under your banner, with full transparency and collaboration. Think of us as your go-to production partner when things get hectic.
Can you help develop our creative from scratch, or do we need to come to you with a finished script?
We can do either. If you’ve got a rough idea of a campaign and a sense of what you want it to achieve for your brand/artist, we can take it from there - developing the script for an ad or film, or building out a full campaign through The Suite Shop. Equally, if you’ve already got a script and just need someone to execute and deliver it, we can step in at that stage too. We’ll either match you with one of the brilliant directors in our network, or collaborate with a freelance director of your choice if you already have someone in mind. We're here to be flexible and find the right approach for you.
What is Full Disclosure Representation (FDR) and how does it benefit my project?
Full Disclosure Representation (FDR) is our flexible, creative-first model that allows us to work with a much wider pool of creative talent rather than a fixed, exclusive roster. Instead of the traditional model of locking directors into contracts, we build trusted, ongoing relationships with directors who value creative freedom.
For you as a client, this means we’re never limited when it comes to finding the right person to tell your story. When authenticity matters (and it always should do), FDR gives us the ability to pair your brief with the director whose voice, vision, and lived experience truly align. It’s a more open, responsive way of working that ensures every project is led by the right creative, not just whoever happens to be on a roster.

How do you ensure productions are sustainable?
Sustainability is built into the way we produce. All of our producers are AdGreen and Albert trained, and we use their carbon calculators to measure and track our footprint on every job. Any unavoidable emissions are offset through Ecologi.
On set, we take practical steps to reduce impact - from working with electric taxi companies to running an opt-in-for-meat policy. Every production is supported by a Green Memo, which is shared with the producer and crew so that everyone’s on the same page when it comes to making low-impact choices.
But sustainability for us isn’t just environmental - it’s also about people’s wellbeing. We work hard to create productions that are healthy and human, so we can keep doing what we love without burning out.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT YOU'RE A BCORP?
Being BCorp certified means we’re held to high standards of social and environmental impact. It’s not just a badge. It shapes how we build crews, choose suppliers, track emissions, and look after people on set. For our clients, it means working with a studio that’s creative, conscious, and accountable.
