After studying on the prestigious Tonmeister course at The University of Surrey, Jamie started his career in film as a Sound Designer; spending a year working at Sound Disposition on numerous feature and short films and a short stint at BBC Worldwide mixing trailers and promos for the BBC Store.
However, since the birth of Lowkey Films in 2012, Jamie’s role as producer has become evermore demanding. His work on Wander meant the film could be made for £800 compared to £15,000, had he not managed to pull so many favours. Likewise, his combined work with Executive Producer Daniel Pitt, meant that Infinite could be made for £2,500 compared to the £65,000 budget it should have cost. As well as securing an award-winning crew for Infinite, Jamie has managed to attach an incredible British upcoming cast to the film giving Director Connor O’Hara a fantastic pallet of actors to work with.
